Logging in that area was done at Shrine Pass, Tates Gulch, WIllow Creek, Lime Creek and Wearyman. Names of people involved in logging: Alfred Benson; Gus Benson (no relation); John Magunson (a blacksmith who bought the first chain saw); Algot Nelson; Walter Owen; Bert Anderson; Chuck Gilmer; Tad Collins (worked for Warren Bros. & Robinson; he was also Postmaster in Minturn)
