- Old mill at Holy Cross City
- A view of the old mill at Holy Cross City. A wood pile is visible near the mill. Holy Cross City was a short-lived mining camp located in what is today the Holy Cross Wilderness. A mining camp in the Holy Cross Mining District, Holy Cross City reached a population of 300 between 1881 and 1883. The town included a post office, two general stores, saloon, assay office and hotel, called the Timberline Hotel. There were reportedly two mills in operation at Holy Cross City, the Holy Cross Mill, and the Treasure Vault Mill. The town was abandoned in the late-1880s, but was revived for a short period in the 1890s. Today, only a small number of buildings remain.

- Oleson and Doll families
- From left: Jack Oleson, Charlotte (Nottingham) Oleson, Imogene (Nottingham) Doll, and Frank Doll stand for a picture. Both couples were celebrating either their 47th or 50th wedding anniversaries. Imogene and Frank were married on April 10, 1948. Jack and Charlotte were also married in 1948. Imogene and Charlotte were sisters. There are two conflicting years on the photograph, 1995 and 1998.
