- Tunnel house at Holy Cross City
- A tunnel house at Holy Cross City. It's possible that this is the Mollie Tunnel. Holy Cross City was a short-lived mining camp located in what is today the Holy Cross Wilderness. A mining camp in the Holy Cross Mining District, Holy Cross City reached a population of 300 between 1881 and 1883. The town included a post office, two general stores, saloon, assay office and hotel, called the Timberline Hotel. There were reportedly two mills in operation at Holy Cross City, the Holy Cross Mill, and the Treasure Vault Mill. The town was abandoned in the late-1880s, but was revived for a short period in the 1890s. Today, only a small number of buildings remain.

- Tunnel into the California Mine, Eagle River Canyon
- Two miners push a cart of ore down a narrow section of a tunnel in the California Mine. Their only source of light appears to be the two candles they are holding. The California Mine was located in the Eagle River Canyon. The mine changed hands over the years. In 1904, it was owned by Mrs. N. J. Dunn. Frank Hughes of Gilman took over operation of the mine in November of 1904. By 1907, F. A. Yauger had become the new operator. A short description of the California Mine is included on the verso of the view: This is the only tunnel to one of the many small silver and gold mines of this part of Colorado. The smooth granite wall at the left is a part of a natural crack, but the right hand side has been blasted out by man. Notice the two miners who are pushing out the car loaded with ore.
