- According to the company’s website, they have been a Ford dealer in the Grand Valley since 1912. Originally, they were located on Grand Junction’s Main Street. James Fuoco, who started the long-running Fuoco Motors, cut his teeth as a mechanic at what was then called Western Ford before buying his own company. Thomas Campbell, a local orchardist and Ross Business College graduate, worked as a bookkeeper for the company. Western Slope Auto now sells both Ford and Toyota automobiles.
