: Kiwanis Club (Grand Junction, Colorado); According to member Gustaf Robert Gustafson, the local branch of the national organization was founded around 1937. He joined not long after, and in his oral history interview, recalls that they put on a pancake breakfast and a Diamond Jubilee celebration for the city. The organization supports local charities and still is in existence today.
