: Mayo Clinic; A nonprofit organization dedicated to clinical practice, medical research, and other health-related things with several clinics located nationwide.

: McCarty Gang; An old West criminal gang headed by Tom McCarty which included his brother Bill McCarty and his nephew Fred McCarty. During an attempted robbery of a bank in Delta, Colorado on September 7, 1893 Bill and Fred were killed.

: McGuire Paving (Grand Junction, Colorado); A paving contractor hired to pave Grand Junction’s streets for the first time in 1925. Gilbert Limberg worked fixing their machines.

: McNeil Coal Company; McNeil Coal Company owned and operated the town of McGregor and the McGregor Mine.
