Wymon Sanford
He owned a clothing business in Grand Junction's downtown in the early Twentieth century.
Y.G. Lemon
He was the superintendent of the Teller Institute or Indian School in Grand Junction, Colorado during the 1880’s and 1890’s. During this time, he misappropriated funds that were supposed to go to the Native American children who lived and worked at the school. Despite the full scale Federal investigation of his crime, he was allowed to stay on the job for another five years.
