[Temple of Wisdom The above picture of North Hall was taken in 1912 and conveys some idea of the prominence of the building to the city of Gunnison. With no tree around it, and standing on the Smelter Hill above the City of Gunnison, the building resembled some ancient structure erected inhonor of the goddess of Wisdom. the four ionic columns add to the splender [sic].
