By the mid-1970s WSC's Commencement was being held in Mountaineer Bowl, weather permitting. This photo appears on the cover of the 1975-76 WSC Bulletin.

"The fact that Central Hall looks a little cleaner and darker than North and South halls could mean that Central Hall was just completed. So this commencement was probably held in the spring of 1930. The autos look of that vintage, but the academic regalia is timeless." -- M. Hatcher notes
