The family of Brian Kiefer (1983) are on hand at Wright Gymnasium mid-court for the presentation of the first Brian Kiefer scholarship award. The plaque reads: " The Brian Kiefer Award for the outstanding upperclass Men's basketball player that displays the qualities and character for which Brian is so vividly remembered. / Academic Achievement/Leadership/Involvement/and most importantly.../A real concern for the world around him."
