Bauman, age 72 of Salida, passed away on Sunday June 24, 2012 at the Canon Lodge Care Center in Canon City, CO. Mr. Bauman was born September 22, 1939 in Nowata, OK to Christi and Hazel (Bailey) Bauman.
Mr. Bauman was a member of the Masonic Lodge # 57, the American Legion Post #64 and a past member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. Mr. Bauman served his country in the Army from 1958 to 1961. He was stationed in Germany. He enjoyed exercising, having coffee with his friends, working on the computer, hunting, fishing and he enjoyed cooking and being around people. He married Dorothy Gallegos on July 3, 1971 in Saguache, CO.
