Kevin Foley served on the Vail Town Council for twenty-three years. His town council terms of service were 1995 to 2001, 2009 to 2013 and 2015 to 2023. In his inaugural town council bid in 1995, Foley was the top vote-getter. The 1995 race featured “the Fabulous Four,” which was a collection of young, “working-class” men whose hallmarks included “fair, honest and open” values.
