A KOTO Radio show, called Friday Live, that aired June 4, 1982. Jerry Greene interviews KOTO's weather man, Jim Pettegrew. Pettegrew talks about how he has been in Telluride fore 9 months and his impressions of living there. He discusses Wisconsin and his education received at the University of Wisconsin. Jim received a degree in Wildlife Ecology and went to medical school for 3 years. Jim's KOTO name is Stormy James. Jim then speaks about his love of sports, including skiing. He is a Nordic ski instructor. Pettegrew also enjoys running and will be running at the upcoming Imogene Pass run in September (for the 2nd time). Jim was attracted to Telluride because of it's remoteness, friendly locals, uncrowdedness, and steep terrain. Jim works at KOTO as an engineer.
