Three KOTO Community Radio newscasts, regarding the big drug busts, made by the FBI, during 1981, in Telluride, Colorado. Under-cover FBI agents were used to discover the suspects that were arrested for cocaine. KOTO news reporters include Jerry Greene, Barry Cook, Rita Robinson, and Nancy Craft. Dates of the recordings are: 5/27/81, 6/1/81, and 6/2/81. Each newscast is about 15-20 minutes long, total recording length is about 51 minutes.
Other news includes the 1981 Telluride Jazz festival being cancelled, due to lack of funds. Street oiling and parking restrictions are also mentioned.
